He was in the organization for sixteen years, and it was after reaching the top that he would later reign to begin his own company and focus on rallying. He is a man who has no problem of getting out of his comfort zone, and his competitive nature would prove to be very helpful in this area. He has been a member of the Bull Sertoes rally team since its inception, and he continues to be a member. The bull Sertoes rally team was a team that was founded when he together with his brother Michel Terpins realized the need to professionalize their careers as rally drives and make it more than a hobby. The team initially was a two-man show that barely had a management team running it. Today the Bull Sertoes rally team has been nothing short of Phenomenal giving some of the best performances in the Sertoes rally circuit. The Sertoes Rally circuit is considered the hardest and to have the most challenging routes and terrains in the entire Brazilian rally calendar. This however for Rodrigo is a positive as it means only the best can win.
